Grillin' Time!

In much of the country, the weather is warmer and that means it is grilling time!

Boneless chicken is something that just about anyone who eats meat enjoys and there are a zillion ways to season it. Cooking it on your grill is easy too! When you think about grilling time, expand your usual grilling foods to include vegetables and even fruit. Sliced pears or apples sprinkled with some cinnamon and brown sugar and grilled make a delicious dessert. Yes, even dessert can be cooked on your grill!

Here in the NorthEast after the horrible winter we had, our charcoal grill did not survive being buried under several feet of snow. The legs of the grill are terribly rusted and it looks like Old Smokey will need to be replaced. (we have no garage or shed to store it)

If you find yourself in a similar situation where you need to be replacing your grill, here are some tips on what to look for.

Grilling Boneless Chicken

There are so many ways to prepare boneless chicken breasts but one of my favorites is this easy recipe for marinated grilled chicken. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or even overnight...the longer the better for juicy, flavorful chicken! YUMMY! Another tasty treat from Momma Vicky's kitchen.
